We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to cancel your enrollment, the following refund policy applies:
Full Refund: If you cancel at least 14 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
Partial Refund: If you cancel between 7-14 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund.
Once the course has begun, no refunds will be issued. However, you may transfer your enrollment to a future course session (subject to availability) if you notify us within the first week of the course.
You may transfer your enrollment to another person or to a future course session with at least 7 days notice before your course starts. A $25 transfer fee applies.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available session at no additional cost.
To request a refund, please email us at info@ccfpprep.com with your full name, course name, and enrollment date. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
